We are pleased to share that we are now seeing normal SMS delivery to Telstra Australia Mobiles and the backlog of queued messages is clearing.

We will continue to monitor the backlog of messages and resolve this status page once they have all cleared and we have seen normal delivery for an extended period of time.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing delays in delivering messages to Telstra Australia Mobiles. We have contacted their support team and will update you as we work with them to resolve the issue.

Messages are flowing through our systems normally and are being successfully submitted to the carrier but appear to be queuing at that point.
